With this solution, large quantities of tartelettes can be produced efficiently, which is particularly advantageous in bakeries, patisseries, and catering businesses.Installation & Operation
- Before the first baking, cast iron baking plates should be seasoned so that the cast pores close and a natural non-stick coating is created.
- To avoid the dough sticking, we recommend using, for example, a release spray.
- Please do not use metal objects to remove the waffles in order not to damage the non-stick coating.
