Efficient plates for tartelette machines

These plates are specially designed for the TMPIC tartelette machine. They feature a non-stick aluminium die-cast surface with Daikin coating, ensuring easy cleaning and durability. The shape of the plate corresponds to a cake slice and is ideal for producing 27 tartelettes measuring 67x38 mm. The heat resistance of the materials ensures an even baking experience.

Professional use in gastronomy and retail

These plates are perfectly suited for professional use in bakeries, patisseries, and catering establishments. They enable efficient production of small tartelette portions with high quality. Thanks to the non-stick surface, the removal of the tartelettes is facilitated, speeding up the workflow. Ideal for businesses that value precise shapes and ease of handling.

• Before the first baking, cast iron baking plates should be seasoned so that the cast pores close and a natural non-stick coating is created.
• To avoid the dough sticking, we recommend using, for example, a release spray.
• Please do not use metal objects to remove the waffles in order not to damage the non-stick coating.
