These trays for the TMPIC tartelette machine are specially designed for professional gastronomy and retail. The rectangular shape allows the simultaneous production of 30 tartelettes. Made from die-cast aluminium with a Daikin coating, they offer a high-quality non-stick coating similar to Teflon. The materials are heat-resistant and ensure a long service life even with intensive use.Versatile use and optimal baking results
The trays are ideal for establishments that want to produce uniformly shaped tartelettes with precise dimensions. With a tartelette size of 65x42 mm at the top and 46x24 mm at the bottom and a height of 18 mm, they are perfect for a variety of recipes. The easily interchangeable tray simplifies the production process and ensures efficient operations in gastronomy and retail.Installation & Operation
- Before the first baking, cast iron baking plates should be seasoned so that the cast pores seal and a natural non-stick coating is formed.
- To prevent the dough from sticking, we recommend using, for example, a release spray.
- Please do not use metal utensils to remove the waffles in order not to damage the non-stick coating.
