Efficient trays for tartelette machines
These trays are specially designed for the TMPIC tartelette machine and feature a square shape for 12 tartelettes. Measuring 72 mm x 72 mm with a height of 19 mm, they are optimal for uniform baking results. The non-stick material made of die-cast aluminium with Daikin coating ensures easy handling and cleaning. The trays are heat-resistant and durable, making them ideal for professional use.Versatile use in gastronomy and retail
These interchangeable trays are excellent for bakeries, patisseries, and catering businesses that value precise and rapid production of tartelette products. The robust coating guarantees a long service life even with frequent use. Thanks to the square shape, a wide variety of creative baked goods can be produced that appeal to customers. Ideal for use in professional kitchens and retail.Installation & Operation
- Before the first baking, cast iron baking plates should be seasoned so that the cast pores close and a natural non-stick coating is created.
- To avoid the dough sticking, we recommend using, for example, a release spray.
- Please do not use metal objects to remove the waffles in order not to damage the non-stick coating.
