Efficient tray solution for tartlet production
These trays for the TMPIC tartlet machine are specially designed for professional catering. The oval-shaped trays allow the production of up to 30 tartlets simultaneously. Thanks to the non-stick coating made of Daikin aluminium casting, the tartlets can be easily released. The trays are heat-resistant and ensure an even baking experience. They are also easily interchangeable, ensuring a long service life of the machine.Optimal applications in gastronomy and retail
These trays are ideal for patisseries, bakeries, and catering establishments that value fast and consistently high-quality baking results. They are particularly suitable for the production of small, oval tartlets with precise dimensions. The robust construction and the non-stick coating facilitate cleaning and increase efficiency in production. This supports professional work in the fine pastry sector optimally.Installation & Operation
- Before the first baking, cast iron baking plates should be seasoned so that the cast pores close and a natural non-stick coating is created.
- To avoid the dough sticking, we recommend using, for example, a release spray.
- Please do not use metal objects to remove the waffles in order not to damage the non-stick coating.
