The Tayaki fish shape allows for creative and attractive pastry variations, which are particularly eye-catching in the gastronomy and retail sectors. Thanks to the Teflon non-stick coating, the tartlet doughs release effortlessly from the surface.

Durability and versatility in professional use

Made from high-quality cast aluminium and heat-resistant materials, the plates are durable and suitable for intensive use. The interchangeable plate ensures flexible use and quick cleaning. Ideal for bakeries, patisseries and catering businesses looking to expand their range with appealing Tayaki fish tartlets.

• Before the first baking, cast iron baking plates should be seasoned so that the cast pores close and a natural non-stick coating is created.
• To avoid the dough sticking, we recommend using, for example, a release spray.
• Please do not use metal objects to remove the waffles in order not to damage the non-stick coating.
