Efficient trays for the TMNP tartelette machine
These square trays are specially designed for the TMNP tartelette machine and allow the production of 12 tartelettes simultaneously. The surface is non-stick coated with a Daikin coating, similar to a Teflon coating, which facilitates cleaning and prevents sticking. Made from high-quality cast aluminium, the trays are heat-resistant and robust for professional use.Practical application and benefits in gastronomy and retail
The interchangeable trays are ideal for patisseries, bakeries, and catering businesses that value efficient and consistent baking results. Thanks to the square shape, attractive tartelettes can be produced in a consistent size. The combination of durable materials and non-stick coating ensures a long service life and easy handling in a busy working environment. Perfectly suited for professional use in gastronomy and retail.Installation & Operation
- Before the first baking, cast iron baking plates should be seasoned so that the cast pores close and a natural non-stick coating is created.
- To avoid the dough sticking, we recommend using, for example, a release spray.
- Please do not use metal objects to remove the waffles in order not to damage the non-stick coating.
