- Before the first baking, cast iron baking plates should be seasoned so that the cast pores seal and a natural non-stick coating is formed.
- To prevent the dough from sticking, we recommend using, for example, a release spray.
- Please do not use metal utensils to remove the waffles in order not to damage the non-stick coating.
