• Special Robax glass protects against gases: Prevents the penetration of burnt and unburnt gases (NO, CO, CO2) into the food during the roasting process.
• Indirect grilling for even browning: Ensures optimal heat distribution and even browning of the meat.
• No burning or charring of the meat: The special Robax glass reliably prevents the burning and charring of the grilled food.

Efficient Gas Gyros/Doner Grill for the Hospitality Industry

The gas Gyros/Doner grill is a powerful appliance with 12 kW output, specially designed for professional use in the hospitality and retail sectors. Equipped with six burners, it provides even and intense heat distribution, ideal for grilling large quantities of meat simultaneously. The high-quality ROBAX® glass ensures safe and energy-efficient operation, while the robust stainless steel body guarantees long service life.

Technical Details and Functionality

The grill features a safety thermocouple that monitors the flame and automatically shuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out, ensuring maximum safety. The motor with one revolution per minute rotates the spit either at an angle or vertically to ensure even cooking. The movable heating element and sturdy handle allow precise positioning. With a capacity of up to 60 kg of meat, the grill is ideal for continuous use. The electronic ignition facilitates easy starting, and the lockable grease drip tray ensures simple cleaning and hygiene.

Conclusion and Areas of Application

This grill is perfectly suited for catering businesses, doner shops, and snack bars that value quality and efficiency. Combining high performance, robust construction, and innovative safety features, it provides a reliable solution for the professional preparation of gyros and doner kebabs. Easy cleaning and durable materials make it a cost-effective investment for daily use.

• ⚠️ All gas appliances must be connected by a qualified professional.
• ⚠️ Please note that the use of an extraction system is recommended to ensure the best possible performance and optimal use of the product.

• Allow the glass front to cool completely before wiping it damp, as the glass will otherwise crack immediately. Only remove burnt-on residue flat with a scraper blade.
• Turn off the gas tap completely before cleaning. Allow the appliance to cool to hand temperature.
• Remove the meat spit, the fat drip tray (reflector plates), and the paddles. These detachable stainless steel parts can be placed directly in the sink or – if suitable – in the dishwasher.
• Spray the stainless steel housing with a commercial degreaser. Important: Avoid the burners/heating elements (cover with dry cardboard or aluminium foil if necessary).
• Wipe off the dissolved grease sludge with damp cloths. Then, be sure to dry thoroughly with a clean cloth. Damp stainless steel surfaces in a warm snack bar area are otherwise the perfect breeding ground for bacteria.
• After cleaning, lubricate the spit suspension to prevent the motor from seizing.
