Versatile application and easy handling

The distance between the skewer and burner is individually adjustable, allowing flexible temperature control. The grill is made from easy-care and durable stainless steel and features a removable fat collection tray that facilitates cleaning. The two hinged doors provide additional convenience during operation and enhance safety in the work area.

• An extraction system is recommended to optimise performance.

• Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before cleaning. Allow the appliance to cool to lukewarm.
• Remove the meat spit, the drip tray (reflector plates), and the paddles. These detachable stainless steel parts can be placed directly in the sink or – if suitable – in the dishwasher.
• Spray the stainless steel housing with a commercial grease remover. Important: Avoid the burners/heating elements (cover with dry cardboard or aluminium foil if necessary).
• Wipe off the dissolved grease residue with damp cloths. Then, be sure to dry thoroughly with a clean cloth. Damp stainless steel surfaces in a warm fast-food area are otherwise the perfect breeding ground for bacteria.
• Lubricate the spit suspension after cleaning to prevent the motor from seizing.
