• ⚠️ Please note that all equipment with three-phase power connection must be installed by a professional

• Allow the pan to cool down to approximately 50 °C to 60 °C before cleaning to avoid material damage (cracks/warping) caused by extreme temperature shocks.
• Soak crusts with warm water. Do not use steel wool or knives; use only soft sponges, brushes, or plastic scrapers.
• After cleaning, thoroughly remove all detergent and cleaner residues with clear water to ensure that nothing contaminates the food during the next cooking process.
• Clean the spout, lip, and lid seals particularly thoroughly, as germs and grease residues tend to accumulate there.
• Never rinse the appliance with a high-pressure cleaner or a strong water jet (risk to electrical/mechanical components) and leave the lid slightly open after cleaning to dry.
