• Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before cleaning. Allow the appliance to cool to hand temperature.
• The rotating circular blade must be completely dismantled every evening. Meat residues and germs accumulate behind it. Additionally, the blade must be kept extremely sharp for a clean cut.
