This electric bain-marie with a power output of 2.4 kW is ideal for professional use in kitchens and catering operations. It offers flexible applications with space for 2x GN 1/1 or 4x GN 1/2 containers. The temperature is continuously adjustable from 30 °C to 85 °C, ensuring precise heat retention. The integrated chimney provides a splash guard function and increases safety in the working area.

The body and inner pan are made entirely of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring long service life and easy cleaning. The front panel is black-oxidised, enhancing the device's appearance and making it resistant to alkaline cleaning agents. Equipped with a safety thermostat, drain tap, and operating indicator light, this countertop unit meets the highest demands in gastronomy and retail. It can also be combined with other products from the "Mario 700" series.
