Commercial Induction & Infrared Cooking Equipment

Electric infrared and induction appliances for your canteen kitchen

Optimal cooking results with GGM Gastro's electric infrared/induction appliances

Infrared and induction appliances are not only becoming increasingly popular in private households, but are also being found more and more in commercial kitchens. In the GGM Gastro range, restaurant owners can find various models that are ideal for professional, commercial use.

Faster heating - GGM Gastro's infrared heaters

Infrared heaters work with infrared radiation, which conducts heat through the cooking plate, which is usually made of glass ceramic. This technology allows for particularly fast heating. Infrared heaters also respond much faster than conventional heaters to changes in temperature settings. You also don't need special cookware. The housing of the GGM Gastro infrared cooktop is made of high-quality stainless steel. The optimal temperature can be set in no time using the ergonomic knobs. An operating indicator light, a warning light, and a safety and operating thermostat ensure safe use of the stove. The heaters are available in both standing and tabletop models. Depending on their needs, restaurateurs can choose between versions with two or four cooking plates.

Lightning-fast adjustable and energy-efficient - our induction appliances

Induction appliances, on the other hand, require special cookware that is suitable for induction. They work with an electromagnetic field created by a coil under the cooking plate. This generates heat. Induction cooktops have the advantage that they can be controlled even faster than infrared cooktops. Induction cooktops are also a particularly energy-saving option for cooking. GGM Gastro's induction cooktops also have a stainless steel housing and a glass ceramic cooking plate. The high-quality stainless steel makes the appliances, like the infrared heaters, particularly robust and durable. The stoves are also available with up to four cooking plates that can be controlled individually. The temperature is also controlled using the ergonomic knobs. Here too, you can choose from both tabletop and standing models. You will also find induction woks and induction fryers in various designs in the GGM Gastro shop.

Hygienic and comfortable

In addition, GGM Gastro's infrared and induction appliances are particularly easy to clean. The strict hygiene requirements of the catering industry can be met in no time at all. To support comfortable work, most GGM Gastro appliances can also be individually adjusted to provide an optimal working height.
