This waffle iron is non-rotatable and features a manual timer as well as an operation control light. The on/off switch allows for easy handling. Thanks to the round shape with a diameter of 180 mm, it is perfectly suited for use in cafés, bakeries, or snack bars that value quick and consistently high quality.Installation & Operation
- Before the first baking, cast iron baking plates should be seasoned so that the cast pores close and a natural non-stick coating is created.
- To prevent the dough from sticking, we recommend using, for example, a release spray.
- Please do not use metal objects to remove the waffles in order not to damage the non-stick coating.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean the appliance with a damp cloth after each working day.
- Do not rinse the waffle iron under running water.
