- We recommend chilling the meat to at least -4 °C before processing. Slightly freezing the meat increases its firmness, allowing it to be sliced precisely and into paper-thin slices.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Before cleaning, switch off the device, unplug it and set the cutting thickness to zero.
- Clean the machine daily with a damp cloth and cleaning agent, then wipe and dry.
- Do not use running water for washing and avoid chemical, abrasive products or damaging brushes.
- Remove the blade cover for cleaning and also thoroughly clean the product carriage.
- After cleaning, run the machine idle for 5 minutes.
