Installation & Operation
⚠️ Meat must be cooled down to at least -4 °C before it can be processed.
Switch on the device and let it run idle for about 2–3 minutes to check that it is functioning correctly.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Before cleaning, switch off the device, unplug it, and set the cutting thickness to zero.
- Clean the machine daily with a damp cloth and cleaning agent, then wipe and dry it.
- Never use running water for washing and avoid chemical, abrasive products or damaging brushes.
- Remove the blade cover for cleaning and thoroughly clean the product carriage as well.
- After cleaning, let the machine run idle for 5 minutes.
