The outer casing is made of robust AISI 304 stainless steel, guaranteeing durability and easy cleaning. Thanks to the integrated cleaning system, hygiene is always ensured. The device is designed as an undercounter model and fits perfectly into professional kitchen environments.

Efficient cooling and versatile applications

This tropicalised model is designed to operate at temperatures up to 43 °C and offers both air and water cooling. The electromechanical control with ON-OFF switch ensures easy operation. The insulated, pull-out door and the internal storage container with a capacity of 9 kg guarantee optimal storage. Perfectly suited for gastronomy, hotels and bars that value reliable and hygienic ice production.

• Avoid direct sunlight and proximity to heat sources.
• For the initial start-up of the device or its reactivation after an extended shutdown, it is necessary to manually fill the container with water.

• For flawless operation, it is recommended to descale the device regularly – suitable descalers are available as accessories.
• If you have installed a descaler upstream, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 1500 - 2000 litres of water flow.
• The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
• Do not use corrosive agents to remove limescale from the device, as they cause severe damage to the materials and components of the device.
