This ice cube machine produces up to 335 kg of ice per 24 hours and is equipped with an ice storage bin for 480 kg. The electronic control ensures easy operation via the on/off switch. Thanks to the elastic coating, the lifespan is maximised, while the optical target point control system ensures precise processes.
Powerful, energy-saving and durable for diverse applications
The high-quality stainless steel body AISI 304 guarantees stability and hygiene. The machine impresses with low energy consumption and strong, consistent cooling. The powerful motor gearbox allows for reliable and rapid ice production. Ideal for gastronomy, hospitality and other professional fields. An anti-scale filter is recommended to ensure long-term functionality.
Installation & Operation
- This appliance requires a fixed water connection!
- A water drainage system is necessary.
- Warning: The integrated containers are not suitable for the permanent storage of ice cubes!
Cleaning & Maintenance
- For flawless operation, it is recommended to descale the device regularly – suitable descaling agents are available as accessories.
- If a descaler is installed upstream, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 1,500 - 2,000 litres of water flow.
- The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
