The body is made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, guaranteeing durability. The machine operates with strong, constant cooling and a powerful motor drive. Designed without a storage bin, the installation of an anti-scale filter is recommended to optimise maintenance. This device is perfectly suited for gastronomy, hotels and commercial enterprises requiring fast, energy-saving and reliable ice production.
Installation & Operation
- This appliance requires a fixed water connection!
- A water drainage system is necessary.
- Warning: The integrated containers are not suitable for the permanent storage of ice cubes!
Cleaning & Maintenance
- For flawless operation, it is recommended to descale the device regularly – suitable descaling agents are available as accessories.
- If a descaler is installed upstream, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 1,500 - 2,000 litres of water flow.
- The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
