Ice cube maker for professional use
The ice cube maker produces up to 403 kg of ice cubes per 24 hours, making it ideal for intensive use in gastronomy and catering. It features an electronic control as well as an on/off switch for easy operation. The powerful and consistently maintained cooling ensures reliable ice production.
Efficient storage and versatile use
With the included ice storage bin with a capacity of 225 kg and the practical transport trolley, flexible handling is guaranteed. The body is made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and hygiene. The choice between full cubes of 12 g or half cubes of 6 g allows optimal adaptation to different requirements.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- For flawless operation, it is recommended to descale the device regularly – suitable descaling agents are available as accessories.
- If a descaler is installed upstream, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 1,500 - 2,000 litres of water flow.
- The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
