The high-quality touchscreen display allows for easy and intuitive operation. Thanks to the electronic control, the operation is optimally regulated to always ensure the best results. The body made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel guarantees durability and an appealing design.
Powerful and versatile
The ice cube maker is excellent for professional use, for example in gastronomy, hotels or bars. The strong and consistently maintained cooling guarantees consistently high ice quality. With an ice storage container of 210 kg, flexible and efficient storage of ice cubes is possible, optimally covering demand during peak times.
Installation & Operation
- Water drainage is required.
- A 25 amp fuse is necessary for this appliance.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- For flawless operation, it is recommended to descale the device regularly – suitable descalers are available as accessories.
- If you have installed a descaler in advance, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 230 litres of water flow.
- The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
