This ice cube machine produces 48 kg of ice in 24 hours and is ideal for professional gastronomy and bars. The body made of high-quality stainless steel guarantees durability and easy cleaning. Thanks to the spray evaporator system with rounded edges, uniform ice cubes in a cylinder shape are produced. The machine is fully built-in capable and integrates seamlessly into any kitchen line.Powerful and versatile
With a container capacity of 22 kg and a cleaning programme, the ice cube maker offers high comfort and reliability. The strong, consistently maintained cooling ensures optimal ice quality. - Water drainage is required.
- Note: The integrated containers are not suitable for the permanent storage of ice cubes!
Cleaning & Maintenance
- For flawless operation, it is recommended to descale the device regularly – suitable descaling agents are available as accessories.
- If a descaler is installed upstream, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 1,500 - 2,000 litres of water flow.
- The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
