The ice cube maker produces up to 31 kg of ice in 24 hours and impresses with a container capacity of 8.5 kg. The cylindrical ice cube shape ensures uniform cubes, ideal for gastronomy and catering. The device is fully built-in capable and integrates seamlessly into any kitchen environment.

The body is made of high-quality stainless steel and guarantees durability. The strong, consistently maintained cooling as well as the efficient insulation ensure energy-saving operation. A cleaning programme facilitates maintenance, while the on/off switch makes operation comfortable. The front ventilation and air extraction and the spray evaporator system with rounded edges optimise performance and hygiene.

• Note: The integrated containers are not suitable for the permanent storage of ice cubes!

• For flawless operation, it is recommended to descale the device regularly – suitable descaling agents are available as accessories.
• If a descaler is installed upstream, please note that the cartridge must be regenerated after approximately 1,500 - 2,000 litres of water flow.
• The actual maximum flow rate depends on the water hardness.
