Powerful gas lava stone grill for professional requirements

The gas lava stone grill features a power output of 6.9 kW, ensuring fast and even heat distribution. Equipped with a easily removable cast iron grate, it offers a generous grilling surface, ideal for preparing various meat products. The piezoelectric ignition allows for easy and safe start-up. Thanks to the pull-out drip tray, cleaning is particularly convenient. Made from high-quality AISI-304 stainless steel, the grill is robust and durable.

Versatile applications and safe handling

This grill is excellent for professional use and impresses with numerous safety features such as a safety thermocouple that automatically shuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out. The temperature-controllable regulation enables precise grilling. With its open base frame and height-adjustable stainless steel feet, it adapts flexibly to various locations. Additionally, it is compatible with other products in the "Lorenzo 700" series, allowing for individual expansions.

Installation & Operation

⚠️ Please note that all gas appliances must be installed by a professional.
⚠️ The use of an extraction system is recommended to ensure the best possible performance and optimal use of the product.
Preheat lava stones for approximately 10 to 15 minutes until the stones reach full grilling temperature and emit infrared radiation.

Cleaning & Maintenance

After service, set the grill to the highest setting without any food for about 10–15 minutes so that fat and food residues on the grates and stones burn off to white ash.
The stones should be turned every few days.
Do not clean lava stones with chemical degreasers or detergents.
Depending on the workload of the operation, the stones should be completely replaced every 6 to 12 months.
