• The grill must be secured to the mobile base frame with screws. Further information can be found in the assembly instructions.
• ⚠️ Surfaces that can be touched may become very hot.
• ⚠️ For outdoor use only.

• Turn the gas regulator slightly.
• Press the piezo ignition to light the flame.
• If the flame does not ignite immediately: turn off the gas, ventilate briefly, then try again.

• After grilling, simply run the appliance empty on the highest setting for 10 minutes.
• The trays above the burners must be regularly cleaned of crusted ash and marinade once cooled, to prevent fat from clogging the holes of the gas burners.
• The stainless steel with a brushed finish should be cleaned after each use with a suitable degreaser to prevent burnt-on grease vapour from permanently damaging the surface texture.
• Gastro tip: Before grilling, fill the grease drip tray with a thin layer of water or sand. The dripping fat cools immediately, does not burn onto the tray, and can be easily emptied and cleaned at the end of the day.
