General Product Description

The gas conveyor oven measuring 1260x1750mm with a belt width of 500mm is ideal for fast and efficient baking processes. Thanks to the gas operation and convection heating method, even heat distribution is ensured. The intuitive operation is carried out via a modern touch panel, allowing for easy control. With a maximum temperature of 350°C, the oven is perfectly suited for preparing pizzas up to 30cm in diameter.

Product Details

With a power output of 13.9 kW, the oven achieves a high baking capacity of up to 60 pizzas per hour. The safety thermocouples monitor the flame and automatically shut off the gas supply if necessary. The top insulation ensures energy-efficient operation, while the patented system guarantees a cool outer casing. The viewing window is heat-resistant and allows monitoring of the baking process. A reverse button enables easy reversal of the conveyor belt’s direction. Additionally, the IoT connectivity offers remote control via an app and an automated weekly schedule.

Installation & Operation

⚠️ Please note that all gas appliances must be connected by a qualified professional.

⚠️ The use of an extraction system is recommended to ensure the best possible performance and optimal use of the product.

⚠️ Please ensure a minimum distance of 15 cm is maintained from rear and side walls or neighbouring large appliances.

  1. Remove the packaging material. Ensure that the polystyrene in the baking chamber and under the fireclay bricks is completely removed.
  2. Before first use, the oven must be seasoned. To do this, increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached.
  3. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours. Keep the door open during this time to allow toxic fumes to escape.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly remove baking residues from the oven and clean it accordingly
