- ⚠️ Please note that all equipment with three-phase power connection must be installed by a qualified professional
- ⚠️ Do not switch on the appliance if there is no water in the basin! Otherwise, the heating elements will burn out within seconds
- Fill the basins with water up to the marked maximum fill line before switching on the main power switch.
- It is recommended to heat the appliance once completely with water before its first actual cooking use and then discard this water.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Daily water change:
- Completely drain the water after use, as acidic starch residues can damage the stainless steel.
- Use only mild cleaning agents and soft sponges; do not use steel wool.
- Regularly remove limescale deposits with a descaler and then rinse thoroughly with clear water.
