Preparation of hot chocolate

• Add cocoa powder in the ratio of 15 g cocoa powder per 100 ml milk

• Depending on taste, less cocoa powder can also be used

• If the cocoa powder floats on the surface of the milk, stir it with a spoon. Alternatively, you can add the cocoa powder in 3-4 portions during preparation

Preparation of hot chocolate sauce

• The recommended chocolate sauce is prepared in a ratio of 70 g chocolate chips to 200 ml milk
