It is specially suitable for coriander seeds, dry sea salt, rock salt, and peppercorns, with a maximum grain size of 4 mm for salt and 6 mm for pepper. A special feature is the stepless adjustment of the grind size: the tighter the head screw is tightened, the finer the grind result. This allows for full flavours with a coarse grind and intense heat with a fine grind. The mills are also treated with water-based colours and varnishes and are PEFC-certified, ensuring sustainable production.
