Installation & Operation

⚠️ Please note that all gas appliances must be installed by a qualified professional

⚠️ The use of an extraction system is recommended to ensure the best possible performance and optimal use of the product

⚠️ Please ensure a minimum distance of 15 cm is maintained from rear and side walls or neighbouring large appliances

⚠️ Remove all packaging materials. Make sure that the polystyrene inside the baking chamber and beneath the firebricks is completely removed

  1. Before first use, the oven must be seasoned. To do this, increase the temperature by 50°C every 30 minutes until the maximum temperature is reached
  2. Heat the oven at maximum temperature for 4 hours. Keep the door open during this time to allow toxic fumes to escape

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Regularly remove baking residues from the oven and clean it accordingly
